It's final crunch time before GO WEST! i'm still getting some things together for the show. today is the last day i have to get my ducks in a row and i'm on a mini hat spree for halloween! i will have a couple of the pirate ship hats i make for sale there among other halloween gems.

At the moment, we ( kathleine of handmade by girl afraid ) are just hoping for it not to rain! we also may be doing a south philly/passyunk FALL FEST as well at the end of october i believe, if this one goes well. we are testing the waters since we are both new to this vending thing!

i made it a priority to try and make interesting fascinators that contained no animal parts. it was pretty trying at first but i should have plenty for GO WEST and the future. i just happen know a bunch of vegan pretties that don't mess with animal anythings, so i wanted to make some things for them! alas, i can not give up my taxidermy fascination though so i will have plenty of skulls, bones and feather whatnots with me as well.

i'm going to apologize for my rough writing styles. i tend to write how i speak and i can sound like a trucker sometimes. i'm not very elegant, nor do i capitalize things half the time, or use proper grammar. haha so that being said i hope to see you all there! if you need any info please feel free to contact me!

hello everyone! currently i am preparing for the go west craft fest. i will be there with kathleine (handmade by girl afraid). it should be a great time selling our wares! i should have plenty of clips, hats, fascinators, and veils....and some that are completely animal friendly for our vegan friends! if you are in the philadelphia area you should absolutely come and check out the local art and crafters! come and support the little guys and see the mansion and cemetery while you're there!

you're not in the philadelphia area you say? well in the meantime, you can check out my etsy store here: giftpferd on etsy.
